What counts as an “active agreement”?
Any agreement with activity in the last 12 months. Old agreements remain accessible indefinitely but don't count toward your limit.
Do counterparties need to pay?
Never. Anyone who receives an agreement gets full access to view, sign, and propose amendments at no cost. Only the initiator pays.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you downgrade, you'll keep access to all existing agreements but won't be able to create new ones above your limit.
Are revisions limited?
No. Every plan includes unlimited revisions. We believe relationships should evolve freely without artificial constraints.
What happens to my agreements if I cancel?
Your agreements and their verifiable URLs remain accessible indefinitely. You'll just be limited to 5 active agreements on the Free tier.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
